The location of the hotel is convenient as it is very close to Ataturk airport and in the Merter area, where there are plenty of wholesale textile shops. It is also away from the busy city center, making it a quieter option. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as towels and shampoo provided. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
There were some issues with communication as the staff had difficulty with English. This led to misunderstandings regarding extra charges for mini bar drinks and the availability of free access to the swimming and fitness center.
