We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to suggest great tours and assist us with anything we needed. The hotel and our room were impeccably clean, and the amenities provided were great. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a tramway and bus stops within a short walking distance, making it easy for us to explore the city. the hotel is situated in the heart of the Turkish textile wholesale shopping area, perfect for anyone in the textile industry or looking for great deals on fabric and clothing.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is very close to Ataturk airport and in the Merter area, where there are plenty of wholesale textile shops. It is also away from the busy city center, making it a quieter option. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as towels and shampoo provided. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
There were some issues with communication as the staff had difficulty with English. This led to misunderstandings regarding extra charges for mini bar drinks and the availability of free access to the swimming and fitness center.
